Yes! Creating a profile and basic browsing on RizMatch is completely free. Free accounts can browse up to 20 profiles per day and send up to 5 messages per day. For unlimited access, you can upgrade to our Premium membership starting from just PKR 500 per month.

Click on "Join Free" and follow our simple 4-step registration: (1) Enter your basic information including name, date of birth, and gender. (2) Add your location, religion, height, and marital status. (3) Write your bio, education, and profession details. (4) Upload a minimum of 3 photos (maximum 10). Your profile will then be reviewed by our team before going live.

RizMatch is open to anyone aged 18 and above from anywhere in the world who is seriously looking for a matrimonial match. We welcome members of all religions, nationalities, and backgrounds. The platform currently supports members from over 150 countries.

You must upload a minimum of 3 photos and can upload a maximum of 10 photos to your profile. Clear, recent face photos significantly increase your chances of receiving genuine interest from matches. Profiles with more photos receive up to 5 times more responses than those with fewer photos.

RizMatch shows you profiles of the opposite gender by default, ranked by Premium status and recent activity. You can use our advanced search filters to narrow down by age range, country, city, religion, sect, height, education, and marital status. Results are paginated with 20 profiles per page for easy browsing.

Absolutely! RizMatch supports members from over 150 countries. You can filter profiles by country and then by city within that country. We have extensive city listings for Pakistan, India, UK, USA, UAE, Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia, and many more countries.

Free accounts can browse up to 20 profiles per day. This limit resets automatically at midnight. If you need to browse more profiles, you can upgrade to a Premium account which gives you unlimited profile browsing every day.

Yes! RizMatch has detailed religion and sect filters. For example, Muslim members can filter by Sunni, Shia, Hanafi, Shafi, Barelvi, Deobandi, Salafi, Ismaili, Sufi, and more. Hindu, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jewish, and other religions also have their own sect sub-filters.

Clicking the heart icon on a profile sends a "Like" to that person. If they like you back, it becomes a mutual match — you'll both receive a notification. Mutual matches make it easier to start conversations as both parties have expressed interest.

Free accounts can send up to 5 messages per day. This limit resets at midnight. Premium members enjoy unlimited messaging with all members on the platform. If you're actively connecting with matches, upgrading to Premium is highly recommended.

No. Your phone number and email address are never displayed to other members. All communication happens through our secure in-app messaging system. You only share your personal contact details if you choose to do so yourself within a private conversation.

Yes. You can block any member from their profile page, which will prevent them from seeing your profile or contacting you. You can also report inappropriate profiles or messages using the "Report" button. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

Read receipts (message seen ticks) are a Premium feature. Free account messages show a single tick when delivered. Premium members get double ticks when the recipient has read the message — helping you know when to expect a reply.

RizMatch offers four Premium plans: 1 Month for PKR 500, 3 Months for PKR 1,000, 6 Months for PKR 2,000, and 1 Year for PKR 3,000. All plans include unlimited profile browsing, unlimited messaging, ability to see who liked you, priority placement in search results, and profile boost.

Payment is made manually through Bank Transfer (Allied Bank Limited), EasyPaisa, or JazzCash to Rizwan Ali (03056310529). After payment, you submit your transaction ID on the Premium page. Our team verifies and activates your Premium within 1–3 hours.

Premium is typically activated within 1–3 hours of payment verification. During business hours (9 AM–10 PM PKT, Monday to Saturday), activation often happens within minutes. You'll receive an in-app notification when your Premium is activated.

This is an exclusive Premium feature. Free account holders can see that people liked their profile but cannot see who specifically. Premium members get full access to the "Liked Me" list, showing all profiles that have liked them — making it easy to connect with genuinely interested matches.

No. RizMatch Premium does not auto-renew. Your subscription simply expires at the end of the chosen period, and your account reverts to the free tier. You can manually renew by purchasing a new plan through the Premium page whenever you choose.

Every profile submitted on RizMatch is manually reviewed by our moderation team before it goes live. We check for fake photos, inconsistent information, inappropriate content, and duplicate accounts. Profiles that pass review receive a "Verified" badge. We also rely on community reporting to continuously monitor active profiles.

Yes. RizMatch uses SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission, bcrypt for password hashing, and strict access controls for user data. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your contact details remain private unless you choose to share them yourself.

We recommend: Always involve your family members in the process. Meet in public places for initial meetings. Do not share financial information with anyone. Video call before meeting in person. Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, contact our support team immediately. Never send money to someone you met online.

Yes. You can set your profile to hidden from your profile privacy settings. When hidden, your profile won't appear in search results or browse listings, but you can still log in, view profiles, and manage your account. You can unhide it at any time.

To delete your account, send an email to Support@RizMatch.com from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include your registered name and phone number. We will process your request within 24 hours and permanently delete all your data, including photos, messages, and profile information.

Yes. You can update your contact information from your profile settings. For security, updating your email may require re-verification. If you're having trouble, contact our support team at Support@RizMatch.com and we'll assist you directly.
